These terms govern your use of the Annova website and software. By using Annova, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Annova.
Annova (free edition) is provided free of charge for personal use. Annova Pro is a paid lifetime license, personal and non-transferable, activatable on up to 5 devices. The same key works on macOS and Windows. You may not redistribute, resell or modify the software without written permission.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, acting as merchant of record, which handles billing and applicable VAT. You receive your license key by email after purchase.

Annova is in early access: the software may contain bugs and may evolve or change significantly. It is provided "as is".
Your data is stored locally in an encrypted file, opened only with your password. There is no recovery if you lose the password or the file: backing up your vault is your responsibility. Annova does not provide financial advice.
All Annova content and code is the property of the editor and protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the editor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the software or website.
